Foreign exchange reserves exceed $14 bln in last month:Macao in China

At the end of last month,Macao’s  foreign exchange reserves exceed $14 billion U.S. dollars,compared with the same period in 2007,FES have  increased 34.4%.

In order to let people  share with the economic growth,and for help people resist the inflation,the Macao government pay their residents dividend in last month.After one week,DongGuan city,a town in the south of  China, declared a dividend for these people who life difficult too.

Loseing money in speculative game

I had reported I buy some 600030,which is the bigest security company in China,and I had earn 6% from it,But today,I begin lose money,although the china300 Index stop cut down,But sh600030 continue forward south.I did not do anything to stop lose,I will check out DOW this evening.

inflation will be difficult to control

Because depreciation of the  U.S.dollar, oil prices break through 140 U.S. dollars Yesterday. Although oil producers increase production, but because there have too many speculative funds, the price of oil will rise again, Oil is the main material of many industrial products, the actual level of inflation will rising continued.

Food is another big problem,because food used to extract energy and  climate disaster, the world food stocks will be reduced to the lowest level in since 50 years, 40 countries face food crisis, the World Food Conference closed, but the real solution to the problem is limited.
China have twice times inflation in recent years  ,

1:from 1986 to 1989, CPI is 106.5,107.3,118.8

2:from 1992  to  1996, CPI is: 106.4,114.7,124.1, 117.1 and 108.3

This year,China CPI is 108,and PPI is 108.1,I am worried that inflation will be difficult to control,The world economy will begin to decline.

I had reported I buy some 600030 shares in china stock market several days ago,After the day I buy this largest security company in China,It return my 5% profit(although It rise up 10% actually),Because I am not sure whether it is a “V trend”,I am not use all of my finance capital in it.But yesterdat,I buy some 600030 more,Because,It seems very strong.I had not use all of my capital yet.My strategy is:”If win,double,Otherwise,stop lose”.Ok, say “good luck” to me,Thanks!

China’s Internet advertising market will begin to enter a period of intense competition

There have some new strong baby enter this industry and become leader,for example,Alimama  ,Before alimama.com enter internet advertising market,baidu is the largest internet advertising company in china,because baidu.com have a larger search engine in china which occupied 70 percent of the search engine market share.But just 6 months,alimama.com replace baidu.com become the largest internet advertising company in China,and 1 years ago,alimama never enter internet advertising company before.

Now,there have  some new baby begin enter this competiton instudry,for example youdao.com(child of 163.com),which(163.com)  is one of  the top 5 internet portal  and had listed in the NASDAQ. The cash flow of 163.com is internet game,which make many many money for 163.com at present.But because thegroth rate of Chinese internet advertising maeket is double of the growth rate of U.S and Europe,163.com decided entry this baby instury.

One month,I heard more than 10 chinese internet advertising company  been founded in the instudary,So,babys,Run quickly.

The World Bank raises inflation projection for China

The World Bank raises inflation projection for China from 4.6 persent to 7 persent,after China goverment raise the price of Oil and electricity on yesterday night.And The world Bank raises their projection of chinese GDP from 9.6 to 9.8 too.Chinese goverment had announcemen The GDP of 2008 will been 8 percent.I don’t know at the end of this year which number is right,But I know there have a red line of GDP is 7 percent,If GDP lower then 7 percent,there will have many many unemployed man in China.And we had talk about whether there will have a wear away in chinese economy after olympic games.We hope chinese economy keep strong increase,But if the inflation of the world can’t been control,I think there will have many problem.

Chinese shares jumped 3 percent on Friday

Chinese shares jumped 3 percent on Friday,We all remember chinese index plunged 15 persent in last week,And I had said there have some money to earn in the market if index sharply drop again,now it is time to do some day-trader.I had buy some security company like “600030″,the biggest company in china security industry,today it return 9% profit to me,:-).But I had to say I don’t know is it really a “V trend” which worth to plunge into all of your financel capital.

OK,there have  some shares falling again,mainly is airline company,because government announcemen they will lift the prices of oil,electricity on Thursday evening.But financel companies and oil companies jumped stongly.

4th round of China-U.S. Strategic Economic Dialogue

06.18.2008,In 4th round of China-U.S. Strategic Economic Dialogue,minister-level officials from the two governments shared views on global economic and financial problems.Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and U.S. Secretary of Treasury Henry Paulson agree to start talks on bilateral investment pact,And exchanged views on oil price,then signed a 10-year energy and environment cooperation framework.This dialogue is make by paulson,and let China and U.S. can expression their views on economic of each other.This is the first time Chinese Vice Premier Wang QIshan appeared this meet,and him will lead chinese officials in SEO next years.

Although there have some achievement in the 4th round of SEO,but stock marketof USA and China forward south again.Chinese shanghai stock index sharply plunged 3.37 percent at afternoon of 06-19-2008,And there have a 1.08 percent come down at DOW too.I thinks there will have some chance to earn some little money if index fell sharply again.

China investor.net:China stocks finish sharply lower at Fri,plunged 15 percent a week,finish FRI session at 2865,All people hurt by weak chinese stocks.Now the PE of china 300 stock index is 21.82,low than USA 500 index which is 21.84 at FRI,This is the first time the valuation of china A-SHARE companies lower than USA companies since MARCH 2006.

But I think this is a chance to find out good companies which have high return and low quote.Maybe,if index sharply drop again,I will begin do some test to trade in chinese stock market.

Big news!Chinese mainland, Taiwan sign historic agreement today

Today is june 13,2008,will bear in mind in chinese’s history,because the historic agreement been singed between chinese mainland and taiwan.The content of this historic agreemment is about cross-Strait weekend charted flights and mainland tourists traveling to Taiwan.This is the first agreement been signed since 1949.

This agreement is signed by The Chinese mainland’s Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait and the Taiwan-based Straits Exchange Foundation.
