China:retail sales growth rate 23% in June

China retail sales get a 10-year-high growth rate in June,the growth rate was 23 percent.Not like U.S.A,which retail sales is 80 percent of GDP,china’s retail sales is just nearly 30 percent of GDP.China goverment had said improve retail sales is a very importand thing.It shows chinese now will cost more money to improve their live.I think China goverment will decline tax of some low-income earners and indutries to improve economy growth rate,and help low-income earners live more better in last year.

Sale out my shares and get 12 percent profit

Because last evening USA stock market downward plunge,China share market forward sourth too.When index begin downward plunge,I sale out my 600030.Remove all kinds of transaction costs,I get 12 percent profit.

I am not sure the trend of chinese market ,But I know I need protect my profit.I am glad find I do a right thing,600030 downward plunge 3% when  close the trade of today.

I got 15 percent profits now

In last Fri,I had reported I buy 600030,Now I got 15 percent of the profits form this trade.Because Financial and Economic Committee expressed the concern of the slowdown in economic growth rate today,Market guess goverment will relax monetary policy speculation,So financial shares rose quickly,especialy 600030,the largest security company in china, rose nealy 6 percent today.And real estate shares rose quickly too,but I think raal estate shares will face winter,And I think chinese bond will face a winter too.

China oil company in heavy losses

Today,The largest oil company in china:PetroChina and Sinopec,reported a heavy losses in refining.They loss 837.24 million U.S. dollars total in first half of this year.The Number of losses was 48 percent higher than the same period last year.Because oil rising 50% since last year,And they must sale out product in government-set refined oil prices.So they have no way to avoid the losses,altough goverment raised the price of benchmark gasoline and diesel oil in June.

600030 have 9 percent profit now

Last Fri,I reported I buy some 600030,and at Fri I have 3.5 percent profit.Today,600030-The biggest security company in chain,rising 5.8%.Now I have 9 percent profit now. These days I read some report about macro economy,and I will read industries report in this week.I hope I can earn 50 percent this time.It’s my goal.

China need stop appreciation in short-trem

China’s economy data had issued,I think we must recognize,china’s real economy data is facing the risk of recession.In fact in 2007 years,many many companies are swim in collapse tide.In guangdong province,there have more than 5000 shoe-making companies,not only have 25 percent are continue to make shoe,1000 factory closed,800 factory moved to other country in asia,2500 moved to other province. In 2008,the experts of guangdong province had declined 30 percent.When chinese Yuan is rising,U.S. dollor is droping.It cause many many thing’s price continue rising,oil,food,water….. .China had to spent  70 billion U.S. dollars more to purchase raw materials every years.We must recognize,China is a devlopment contury who are in the middle-trem  reform of the industrial.China is still take the point at the low-end of the industrial chain in the world.China need stop appreciation in  a short-trem to avoid too many companies closed.

Ps:I had buy back 600030 in Fri.Now have 3% profilt.

Escape from the market

Last week I had report I buy 600030  and had get 7% profile,But after that day,chinese share market continue to south,This morning,before Index drop again,I had sale out 600030,Financial share is so weak that can not to resist any wave of the Index.And because this time I am sure financial crisis will be extended to the bond market of USA ,chinese financial company will meet losses in bond market.

But I believe there will have some opportunity to earn money at the time of the olympic games,And I feel fortunate for I didn’t loss money.

Should China begin protect real estate market now?

There have a report which said china should begin protect chinese real estate market.But a newspaper done a vote,nearly 80 persent vistor said china should not protect real estate.I think so!

These people who said china shoud protect real estate have 3 reason:

1:real estate will create a lot of tax.

2:If the price of real estate cut down,there will have huge losses of banks and house owner.

3:If china have young woman,the price of real estate should until rising.

So,I think these reason is not right:

1:There have a sample in Yuan Dynasty in china history,the ruler  want many many money,so they have implemented policies to strengthen tax revenue,in a short time,there have some money,but just 2 years,China experienced an unprecedented economic crisis.If our govment only look at tax,people’s money will los,and rigid demand of people can not be met,and makes people can not confront the economic crisis.In china,it is not 2 people buy a house, it is grandparents+ grandfather and grandmother + a couple buy a house.And they need work hard 15 ~ 20 years to paid the loan.We can not Deprived of the welfare of the people just for tax.

2:The long-term real estate prices will be upward,these people which buy house just for live will not really faced the actual losses,and speculators had get staggering profits in the past five years,there have not a market which only rising,not drop.

At present the banking system and the quality of their strength is very different from 2000 years, we can reduce the bubble by ourself,Or we can let bubele been collapse by these speculators,the impact of the banking system is entirely different. Southeast Asia is a sampleof  the crisis, nearly is  the Vietnamese.

3:china have a hurge number of people,but do a statistics of them,are there have how many  X00 million people earned less than two dollars a day?China’s housing prices may wage income and the proportion is far greater than the general nationals.And China’s population growth rate faceing inflection point.

So,National real prosperity is the people’s prosperity, the people ’s crisis, is the real national’s crisis. Possession of wealth among the people is the right way. That’s what I want to say.

I read this funny news inCrazy Olympics commemorative bank note .

Look at the picture on the left side,This is Olympics commemorative bank notes,It’s face value is 10 yuan,but now sale on 1000 yuan on market,in 4 hours,the price doubled.

Unfortunately,China stock market is not so hot.In past 48 hours,china stock market forward south again,the INDEX looks doing push-pos,My little investorment of Shang Hai 600030 just bring me 1% profit now.I am reading other company’s annual now,finance shares looks very weak,I am warry about it.Chinese bond market seems very weak too.So ,people play “commemorative bank notes”,But I am sure it’s risk is higher than shares.

My investment had created 7% profits now,But I don’t satisfield with it

The day of yesterday,I had reported I buy sh600030,the largest security company in china,now this little investment had created 7% profits for me yesterday.However,I am not satisfied with it,Because Index also rose about 5%.Previously,my profits should be more than 10% of this occasion.

I think I had leave away from this market too long,there have some new changes that I do not know,And I am so busy to read these annuals and new changes happend in these industry.I need work hard to pick them back.Although there have so many things to do.I had not have a full sleep more than 40 days, sometimes,I just sleep 1 hour whole day.

Before yesterday,I think chinese banks will avoid the financial crisis,Because some annual of banks in  china looks very well.But yesterday 600030 not run ahead of index,I think there must have someting what I don’t know,market is always right in most of time.I think manybe,en~~ I will change my shares
