China:time to double-digit growth of PPI?

Today, the National Bureau of Statistics said china’s PPI of July (The producer price index) is rose 10%.It is the highest since 1996.I think this trend will exacerbate the trend of rising prices.Because there have a lag effect that the rose conduction from PPI to CPI,I guess  maybe it will happened after 2008 Olympic games.In china,many people can’t earn more than 2 U.S dollar per day,So I hope the goverment will help these poor people,and not let CPI continue keep so high for too long.

Chinese shares continued to fall

Alough Olympic game will open after two days,Chinese shares express very weak,I buy 3 kinds of  shares and lose more than 6 percent money in the market.

Now ShangHai Index is closed at 2690,It had declined 50 percent in this year.Chinese Economy is face Crossroads,Can turn left or can trun right.I think the most important things  is export,Consumer,tax,Asset prices and innovation,After 2008 olympic maybe we can see some new policy.

I belive there will have some chance in the priod of 2008 olympic games.

China:futures trading volume up 76 persent in last month

Chinese future trading volume hit 948 billion U.S Dollar  in July,With the sharply fluctuating farm product prices,China’s futures market got a rapid growth in trade volume.

But compared with share market and bond market,Chinese future market is still a baby,Many people lose money in gold futures since it enriched the market.The market have great potential,It will keep sharply growth  in the future.

Many people believe stock index futures will come in soon.

China:coal shortage

China is facing a serious shortage of coal,And China maybe face electricity blackouts in this summer.The coal reserve in the biggest power plants can only support 11 days.And the price of power coal is kept rising now.A maximum daily power shortage in this summer is about  10 million kw.
