China begin 3G network construction

The biggest mobile company in china–china mobile company said them will invest 8.5 billion U.S. dollars to build their 3G network,this plan will build core network and more than 60,000 base stations in this year.

At this moment,I notes that the manager of TD-SCDMA(china own intellectual property rights of this 3G network tech) feel very dispirited,I can understand that,but I think they should try their best to broken the problem early,in china the most problem is not have own intellectual property rights,the biggest problem is when goverment and social protect these big company and developer,they waste time and resource of social,in this perspective,monopoly is not a good thing,because it cause china begin a backward country in modern world.

We must protect national intusdry,just like USA and Europe,Japan……,We found many many time when chinese company want M&A usa company,usa goverment said “NO”,they can let these company close,but they not allow chinese company get USA market.We had submit our views in last meeting of USA and China.

But what I must to say is,China can not protect lazy and backward,we just protect progress,if these company can not stop waste money to support their high quelity life and so many workers,and can not use good people to improve their manage,and can not use money to do the right thing,for example buy core tech,So why our people must use the oldest mobile or just can buy forgein mobile?Apple and Google have the most powerful 3G mobile tech,if we just wait,we will lost the market and the future world,because these tech will change the life style of this world.

I know in some company,when them been said to france company,this facotry just need 30 people and works well,but in china,the old company have more than 500 workers,and the facotry lose money every year,but people can not get righe serveice.

Ministry of Finance: airline fuel surcharges be exempted from business tax

Yesterday, the Ministry of Finance issued a circular, said the airline fuel surcharges are exempted from business tax, the application time is from January 1,2008 to December 31, 2010. For those who have paid off the airline business tax in 2008 , the Ministry of Finance would deduct its payable business tax in the future tax credit, if the payable business tax isn’t offseted in a year,  the never-ending sales tax refund would be return to airlines by the tax authorities .
In fact, in order to help airline corporation, from December 25 ,2008, the Ministry of Finance official sharply lower on domestic flights fuel surcharges which is as high as 75 percent drop .

China’s hydropower resources have reserves of 700 million kilowatts, the valuable development accounted for 400 million kilowatts, equivalent to  half of the current power generation capacity in the country, national planning is that by 2020 China’s hydropower capacity will be double than it is now to reach 300 million kilowatts, according to the current cost– 7,000 yuan  per kilowatt hydropower,  China’s hydropower construction market in direct investment will reach 2 trillion in the future, The big cakes will be slitted by cement, steel, electrical equipment, automation, etc.related industries.

553 kinds of machinery and electronic products export tax rebate rate

Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation announced on December 29, that since January 1, 2009, part of the technological content and added value of machinery and electronic products will raised export tax rebate rate. This is the fourth time this year that China’s export tax rebate rate raised to alleviate the difficulties in exporting enterprises, and maintain steady growth in foreign trade.
The export tax rebate rate adjustment mainly involves 553 kinds of products, including Air inertial navigation systems, industrial robots and other products of export tax rebate rate will be raised from 13%, 14% to 17%; motorcycles, sewing machines and other products of export tax rebate rate will be raised from 11 %, 13% to 14%.

Fireworks price war in Shaoxing: high rents,make money hard

Spring Festival is coming, fireworks sales have become a good sale. But several days ago, an auction of fireworks sale right was held in Shaoxing,but 53 stalls fail to auction out of 64 stalls. Why did we all do not dare to bid? This year, Shaoxing fireworks sale right auction starting price is from 5,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan range. However, many participate feel that starting price too high. Ultimately, only 11 sale places are sold . It is understood that this is the first time for Shaoxing to implement the right to operate the auction fireworks sale right. However, participate in the auction said if the bid price is 8,000 yuan, the daily net profit must reach at least 500-600 RMB. The refined oil import consumption tax hike since January,2008

Finance Ministry recently issued a circular, the imported refined oil consumption tax is adjusted since January 1, 2009.
The notification required,  tax units of the leaded petrol import consumption tax is raised the to 1.4 yuan per liter, the current rate is 0.28 yuan. the consumption tax units of unleaded petrol import tax is raised to 1.0 yuan per liter; diesel and fuel oil were also raised to 0.8 yuan per liter. At the same time the grease, lube base oil import consumption tax will be levied , flat tax is 1.0 yuan / liter; aviation kerosene import consumption unit tax is increasing to 0.8 yuan per liter, but postponement of the charges.
