Although the ad has done a good job, but consumers still keep wait-and-see attitude and few people set to buy a house, it appears that the concrete actions should be taken to carriy out the cut of house price to the reasonable level.
As the current level of housing pricesis 25 times of the annual income of the middle class in many region of China, so house prices fall or the rise of national average wage of chinese people is inevitable choice for China’s society.
