Chinese shares drop down 5 percent today

Today, chinese SHANG HAI stock marker drop down 5 percent , in afternoon, there are even a 7% drop down happened. At the end , SHANG HAI Index closed at 3266  which eat the rise up in last week, this is the most drop down in last 8 months.

Before today, a new share listed in SHEN ZHEN GEM, which been   pushed to 7 tims of the price of IPO, but today when a huge share –”Chinese Architecture” listed , it’s price drop down the price of IPO, this is chinese market,  a hot and a cold market at the same time.

Today, PE of Shang HAI is 28 and PE of SHEN ZHEN is more than 40, the price is really too high, because it is far away from the AVG of the global market, although the number of china gdp looks good, but Overcapacity is really a problem need to solved, if the economy of global can not rise again, Overcapacity will begin a big problem for china.

In a short time, chinese shares rise more than 100% , the drop down is a revise for the trend of the first half of year. Investor or Speculation? It seems select Speculation maybe a good choice for short term.

On the other hand, if stock market drop down , maybe somebody which like Speculation will begin speculate house market, it is not a good news for chinese people.

This week,chinese stock market face a choose,Because China goverment said there will have a huge investe plan before 2010 year,china stock market begin a rise trend with big volum , but after ShangHai Index over 2000 point,there always have a 5%~7% up and down in day trader,many investor said their heart will broken,but they did not know how to control their option:sale or buy or just keep shares in hand or just keep watch what will happen and stay away of the market?
I think although there will have a huge investe plan,but this is not for this year,and there have many report that some company face hard condition,so we can not hope index will up directly,because there have many kinds of thinks,many guess of economy deverloper of next year,these thinks and guess will shown in market,so we must know how to trade in short perior trade,and know how to control risk,we must prepare for the lose , maybe our trade option is error,so we must control our money,it you not a expert of short trade,maybe you should not use full of your amount to trade,because if you can not control your money,you can not control your heart too,the index wave will control your warry and greed,so you will more and more make mistake.so,just control your heart,from now on,the 1st step is control your money.

Chinese stock market,dive over again

One hour before,chinese stock market dive over again, SHANGHAI share index plunged 6.32 percent on Monday,I had report dive over in last thursday,since that day china goverment had take action to suppoer the weak market,for example reduce the tax of stock market,and I know some trader told metheir manger said only can buy shares now,do’t sale out.But shares dive over again.
Investor heard many news from economic slowdown,we know foreign trade is slowdown and some big company is closed,and many investor take care of foreign stock market,they use HengSheng Index in Hong Kong market as a referrence.
Now after many investor and media said “2000 point losed”,”1900 point losed”,today,news paper will say “1800 point losed”,now index closed at 1723 point,nobody know what will happend tomorrow.

China:stock price plummeted 2.63% in morning session

Today chinese stock market continue fall trend,although china government announces some new policy,including
tax exemption and mortgage deposits reduction for boost the real estate sector,and reduce the tax of exports sector,but because fear of the global financial crisis
and bad data of company income,many people sale out their share.
At the same time,I found some big stockjobber are continue buy share.Actually,the PE of china stock market is in the low level in history.I think it means the people’s cognition of market trend is dividing,So there will have more wave int the market.

Alough Olympic game will open after two days,Chinese shares express very weak,I buy 3 kinds of  shares and lose more than 6 percent money in the market.

Now ShangHai Index is closed at 2690,It had declined 50 percent in this year.Chinese Economy is face Crossroads,Can turn left or can trun right.I think the most important things  is export,Consumer,tax,Asset prices and innovation,After 2008 olympic maybe we can see some new policy.

I belive there will have some chance in the priod of 2008 olympic games.

Sale out my shares and get 12 percent profit

Because last evening USA stock market downward plunge,China share market forward sourth too.When index begin downward plunge,I sale out my 600030.Remove all kinds of transaction costs,I get 12 percent profit.

I am not sure the trend of chinese market ,But I know I need protect my profit.I am glad find I do a right thing,600030 downward plunge 3% when  close the trade of today.

I got 15 percent profits now

In last Fri,I had reported I buy 600030,Now I got 15 percent of the profits form this trade.Because Financial and Economic Committee expressed the concern of the slowdown in economic growth rate today,Market guess goverment will relax monetary policy speculation,So financial shares rose quickly,especialy 600030,the largest security company in china, rose nealy 6 percent today.And real estate shares rose quickly too,but I think raal estate shares will face winter,And I think chinese bond will face a winter too.

600030 have 9 percent profit now

Last Fri,I reported I buy some 600030,and at Fri I have 3.5 percent profit.Today,600030-The biggest security company in chain,rising 5.8%.Now I have 9 percent profit now. These days I read some report about macro economy,and I will read industries report in this week.I hope I can earn 50 percent this time.It’s my goal.

Escape from the market

Last week I had report I buy 600030  and had get 7% profile,But after that day,chinese share market continue to south,This morning,before Index drop again,I had sale out 600030,Financial share is so weak that can not to resist any wave of the Index.And because this time I am sure financial crisis will be extended to the bond market of USA ,chinese financial company will meet losses in bond market.

But I believe there will have some opportunity to earn money at the time of the olympic games,And I feel fortunate for I didn’t loss money.

Look at the picture on the left side,This is Olympics commemorative bank notes,It’s face value is 10 yuan,but now sale on 1000 yuan on market,in 4 hours,the price doubled.

Unfortunately,China stock market is not so hot.In past 48 hours,china stock market forward south again,the INDEX looks doing push-pos,My little investorment of Shang Hai 600030 just bring me 1% profit now.I am reading other company’s annual now,finance shares looks very weak,I am warry about it.Chinese bond market seems very weak too.So ,people play “commemorative bank notes”,But I am sure it’s risk is higher than shares.
