China’s patent applications up 21.1% in 2007

BEIJING, April 17 (Xinhua) — The State Intellectual Property Office of China accepted 694,000 patent applications in 2007, up 21.1 percent, according to a press conference by the Information Office of the State Council here> By the end of 2007, China had accepted four million foreign and domestic patent applications, according to the conference.
