Corn prices fall and decrease in demand

Corn market’s situation is that farmers didn’t sell and companies do not buy nowadays, and since June this year, international and domestic corn prices fell sharply there is a direct correlation. At present, corn price risks and a decrease in demand happened at the same time, the entire industry chain is facing a severe test.
Experts point out that international bulk commodities in general go bad, adding a decrease in demand for corn market, the oversupply caused  corn futures prices plunged .
Corn is an important economic crop, about 75% of the production are used for feed, starch production and refining, meat prices also have a great influence on corn. The recent volatility of corn prices bring a certain impact on related industries.
It is reported that since 2007, because of the wave of feed raw material prices. about 3000 domestic feed  enterprises have closed down or phased shutdown.
