This year, automobile manufacturers have a hard time, and the dealer’s business are also tough. As sales, maintenance, spare parts and service information of the four-in-one car franchise store sales, 4S shop was ever hot investment sectors. But now, a lot of 4S shop is also difficult in the winter.
According to the news that many dealers have begun to run out of cash, they have stopped purchasing from the factory.
China Automobile Association’s latest statistics show that there are more than 38,000 auto 4S stores currently, more than 90% of private enterprises, as the blind expansion and poor management, a gradual loss is increasing.
China Automobile Association executive vice president,Sheng jingjun said,it is possible that the automobile dealers have a loss for more than 50 %, and might continue enlarge the loss.
