China didn’t manipulate exchange rate

A important economic official of USA said last week,  Obama think china is manipulating exchange rate.His words make many Chinese angry and unfair,as we all know,It seems China  never changed  exchange rate policy since 1997.when most of country in Asia depreciated currency in 1997,China stick to the high exchange rate level to maintain the Asian economic growth.In last three years,Chinese currency has increased over 20 %,but at the same period,US dollar,pound,and lot of currency depreciated sharply.

Now,decline in exports and rising unemployment in China,if Chinese exchange rate continue to rise at this time,that means suicide,but this will result in the rising CPI of USA,and China will have to take back the capital to support the domestic economy.as we all know,USA must issue a  large number of bonds,therefore this behavior will damage China and USA.

So many Chinese wonder why this official said so,if his aim is to force China use his money to support USA economy,he should  respect  much China.

China begin 3G network construction

The biggest mobile company in china–china mobile company said them will invest 8.5 billion U.S. dollars to build their 3G network,this plan will build core network and more than 60,000 base stations in this year.

At this moment,I notes that the manager of TD-SCDMA(china own intellectual property rights of this 3G network tech) feel very dispirited,I can understand that,but I think they should try their best to broken the problem early,in china the most problem is not have own intellectual property rights,the biggest problem is when goverment and social protect these big company and developer,they waste time and resource of social,in this perspective,monopoly is not a good thing,because it cause china begin a backward country in modern world.

We must protect national intusdry,just like USA and Europe,Japan……,We found many many time when chinese company want M&A usa company,usa goverment said “NO”,they can let these company close,but they not allow chinese company get USA market.We had submit our views in last meeting of USA and China.

But what I must to say is,China can not protect lazy and backward,we just protect progress,if these company can not stop waste money to support their high quelity life and so many workers,and can not use good people to improve their manage,and can not use money to do the right thing,for example buy core tech,So why our people must use the oldest mobile or just can buy forgein mobile?Apple and Google have the most powerful 3G mobile tech,if we just wait,we will lost the market and the future world,because these tech will change the life style of this world.

I know in some company,when them been said to france company,this facotry just need 30 people and works well,but in china,the old company have more than 500 workers,and the facotry lose money every year,but people can not get righe serveice.
